SEEEN: ENRICH: Turning Viewers into Active Customers

SEEEN PLC is sharpening its proposition around a simple strategy: Educate, Engage and Enrich.

The three pillars bring together SEEEN’s video technology, AI capabilities, Creator Service Partner expertise and the recently acquired Medial business into a clearer commercial offering.

At the heart of the strategy is a straightforward idea. Organisations already own vast amounts of video content, but much of its potential remains untapped. SEEEN aims to help customers use that content more effectively — whether to improve learning, reach new audiences or generate greater engagement and revenue.

Together, the Three E’s provide a framework for how SEEEN can create value throughout the video lifecycle.

The third pillar, Enrich, focuses on what happens once somebody is watching.

SEEEN’s Creator Suite transforms conventional video from a largely passive experience into an interactive one designed to generate measurable actions.

The question behind the proposition is simple: what if every video could become an opportunity to engage, convert and sell?

Creator Suite enables businesses to add interactive features such as end cards and dynamic in-video calls to action at precisely the moments when viewers are most engaged.

For example, when somebody reaches a relevant point in a product video, a call to action can appear inviting them to purchase that product. In another setting, the same technology could recommend additional content, provide further information, direct somebody to another resource or encourage a donation.

SEEEN says its interactive features are already generating click-through rates of up to 25%, demonstrating the potential to turn passive viewers into active participants.

Crucially, those interactions are trackable, giving customers visibility over what viewers are clicking and how their video content is performing.

Creator Suite can also create interactive reel galleries, allowing viewers to move between related videos, products and resources without losing the context of their original viewing experience.

AI adds another layer to the proposition by automatically identifying key moments within long-form videos and presenting those moments individually. Instead of forcing somebody to watch an entire video to find the information they need, viewers can jump directly to the sections most relevant to them.

Once created, the interactive video experience can be published and embedded directly into a customer’s website.

The result is a shift in how businesses can think about video: not simply as content to be watched, but as a digital asset capable of driving attention, interaction, conversion and revenue.
